A walk in the sunny streets and beaches of Nice

From The “Promenade des Anglais” (English Walkway) to the harbor/harbour area, from the Piazza Garibaldi to the Saleya walkway, from Place Massena to Albert I gardens, there is no shortage of interesting walks in Nice. Lose yourself in the streets of Old Nice, enjoy a gelato (Italian Ice), admire the “Baie des Anges” (Bay of Angels) and the French Riviera from the top of the castle hill, and be sure not to miss the historical Cimiez arenas.

The Shopping in Nice!

Nice’s famous flower market is open every morning except Monday, on the “Cours Saleya “in Old Nice. There are hundreds of varieties of flowers and shrubs. The atmosphere is friendly, warm and poetic, adorned by the fragrance of flowers and sunshine. Monday morning is reserved for the flea market that gives the “Cours Saleya” a delicious charm of the past.

A past rich in surprises, cultural relics and historical sites.

The city of Nice has many buildings with unique architecture. Over the centuries, Russian, English, Italian and French influences have shaped the architecture of the city. Many monuments, squares and buildings are witness to this: the churches of St Réparate and St. Rita, the impressive Russian church , the monastery of Cimiez and beautiful rose garden overlooking the city and Castle Hill.

Recreation and relaxation on the seafront

Nice does not lack the resources for leisure and relaxation. With its many miles of sunny beaches, there are lots of activities available to you: boat trips, diving, swimming,  parasailing, etc…
