As the first rays of summer make their appearance, the dishes at Restaurant & Terrace Le Patio take on an explosion of colors and flavors.
Inspired by the first rays of sunshine, Chef Damien Andrews offers a new summer menu featuring seasonal produce. A delicate sea bream gravlax style with pink berries and black radishes, a roasted monkfish with foaming butter with flowered artichokes, or a risotto sublimated by thyme-scented focaccia tuiles… creations as bright as they are tasty, to celebrate the arrival of the best season!
