The new summer menu of Le Patio

As the first rays of summer make their appearance, the dishes at Restaurant & Terrace Le Patio take on an explosion of colors and flavors. 

 

Inspired by the first rays of sunshine, Chef Damien Andrews offers a new summer menu featuring seasonal produce. A delicate sea bream gravlax style with pink berries and black radishes, a roasted monkfish with foaming butter with flowered artichokes, or a risotto sublimated by thyme-scented focaccia tuiles… creations as bright as they are tasty, to celebrate the arrival of the best season!

While we cannot resist any of the dishes on this new summer menu, we do have our favorites: 

 

  • Sea bream gravlax rose: for a starter, the Chef unveils a gravlax-style sea bream, shaped in a rose to offer a refined visual to match its delicacy on the palate. It is accompanied by pink berries and black radishes, and enhanced by a celery extraction with a touch of peppery ginger.

 

  • Roasted monkfish with foaming butter: for an escape at sea, let yourself be tempted by a roasted monkfish with foaming butter, delicately surrounded by its flowered artichoke for a burst of flavors, sublimated by almond milk and a touch of lemon.

 

  • Lamb croquette with basil and tomato, creamed carrot: to stay grounded on earth, opt for lamb croquettes flavored with basil and tomato, laid on a creamy carrot sauce with candied ginger, in a plate as colorful as it is exquisite to feast your eyes on!

 

  • Jivara chocolate, raspberry caviar and sponge cocoa biscuit: a meal always ends on a sweet note! Succumb to our cocoa sponge biscuit, enclosing Jivara chocolate and raspberry caviar, for a perfect balance of freshness and indulgence.
