On October 15, 2023, with experts, beginners, and families in attendance, he shared the secrets behind his iconic creation: the Sea Bass Tartare with Verbena and Lime, complemented by a crispy rice accompaniment. This unique and informative session not only delighted our Chef but also provided attendees with invaluable tips to elevate their own culinary skills.
