A winter filled with delicious treats

New winter menu at Le Patio

Temperatures are dropping, but our Chef Damien Andrews has brought sunshine to his plates, offering you a comforting moment with his new winter menu, a true invitation to travel around the Mediterranean Sea.

Step inside our hotel and discover Le Patio Restaurant & Terrace and its different areas, each offering a unique atmosphere: our indoor dining room with its coral fireplace, the sun-drenched veranda, and our outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine even in winter.

Take a seat at one of our tables and indulge in the menu imagined by our Chef Damien Andrews, crafted using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients such as beetroot, Jerusalem artichoke, hazelnut, and leek. The dishes are enhanced with vibrant notes from locally grown lemon and orange, along with the subtle warmth of spices like paprika.

Our Chef's favourites

  • Grilled onion tart with Iberian shoulder ham : if you want a tart taking you on a journey around the Mediterranean, try this creation accompanied by Iberian ham, to be enjoyed as if in a garden, on a bed of mixed salad leaves and sprinkled with flower petals

  • Seabass fillets, rocket greens and orange chutney : a blend of mildly salty sweetness, accompanied by the sweetness of rocket, all enhanced with a touch of vitamin C

  • Lemon crisp with combava zest : when crunchiness meets the tartness of lemon and the fragrant freshness of kaffir lime

Many surprises will punctuate your meal

Many culinary surprises are still waiting to be discovered: the tenderness of pearled european pollock with the crunch of toasted hazelnuts; a meeting of land and sea with calamari and Iberian chorizo, served alongside a fricassee of peppers, spring onions, and creamy corn; and a risotto featuring Melanosporum truffle.

Our Chef keeps a few secrets until the end of the meal with his many new desserts: the hazelnut secret, the lightness of his chocolate espuma with Tonka bean, the lemon crisp with combava zest, and you will also find the famous The Galet of Nice on the menu.
